But we have an excuse! We just moved apartments since i got a new job and let me tell you, i had no idea how much stuff we have! I thought our old apartment was small and therefore had not too much stuff but we get here and it multiplies! And the kicker is when we still had stuff in the old place. We commuted for a bit to take showers but luckily got it all together pretty quick.
Hannah seems to like the new place. Had some rough times with sleeping at the beginning when we were in transition but now she seems to do pretty well most of the time. Which i suppose is really all you can ask for with babies.
She really is just too cute. And every day she is getting bigger and stronger. Pretty soon my baby will be a toddler and all that implies! Her top teeth are starting to come in finally and that means she can actually eat some of the food she's been wanting and can stop complaining when i don't give it to her! Hopefully. We've done some baby sign with Hannah and she knows "more", "cheese", "drink", "eat", "bath" and has a crude form of "banana". Nodding is pretty common and shaking her head "no" happens a lot... which is probably karma from when i was a kid. All in all she communicates really well for someone who can't talk! i love it.
Walking is happening but she won't do it for no reason. She doesn't want to let go of my hand when we're going somewhere unless she sees daddy. Hannah is really good at walking between us. And to food. I've also decided that since she is 13 months and weighs 26 lbs that whenever i find an excuse to have her walk, i use it. I figured that practice will get her more comfortable and i might as well save my back for the next kids.
Anyway. We're looking forward to Christmas. I have almost got all my shopping done. Most of it i did online and i'm just waiting for the packages to arrive. And today at borders i got free wrapping done. Boy that was nice. All i have to do is decorate and label, which i'm going to do right now... :)
